iOS Instructions:
If you are updating the application to a new version and have an earlier version of the app running please kill the process of the app before proceeding.
After you have successfully installed the application go into your phone settings and under General scroll down to Device Management. Click 'OHIO PUBLIC DEFENDER COMMISION' under ENTERPRISE APP and then click Trust.

If you are getting an 'App not installed.' error upon installation then follow these steps to fix:
Open the Google Play app, click the hamburger menu to open the sidemenu and click Play Protect. Click the settings gear button and set the toggle 'Scan device for security threats' option to off. Now try to install the app again. If successful toggle the option back to on for security purposes.
